Since 2023, KDK Open Air has taken place at Cologne’s Südbrücke. Founded by Lugatti & 9ine, the two-day festival has quickly established itself as a fixture of Cologne’s German rap scene, bringing together around 4,000 visitors per day each year. The line-up combines established acts such as OG Keemo, Souly, and Apsilon with emerging artists like OG LU, who were given an early platform here, often before their breakthrough. What makes KDK Open Air special is the close connection between artists and the crowd. Many of its defining moments happen spontaneously on stage, in the mosh pit, or somewhere in between.
